The short version
Nothing to sign up for, no forms, no user accounts. The only data involved is anonymous traffic measurement plus whatever cookies an advertising network sets.
Traffic measurement
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are read and roughly where readers are. It records pages visited, an approximate location, and browser and device type, and sets cookies to do it. Google truncates IP addresses before storage, and we never see an individual reader.
Advertising
Pages may carry ads from third-party networks including Google AdSense. Those networks can set their own cookies and use browsing history from elsewhere to pick ads. You can turn personalised advertising off in your Google Ads Settings, and blocking third-party cookies stops most of it regardless.
A correction email is kept only until the correction is checked and applied, then deleted. It goes on no list.

Links to Steam, to the community wiki and to games media lead to sites with their own policies, which we do not control.
